My Insights of taking a Personality Test
Hello
Everyone!! Welcome to my first ever blog. So, for today’s blog I will be giving
my Insights of taking a Personality test in the sites called 16personalities.com
and berkeleyinnovationindex.org and the things I realized after I got my
results. If you want to try it just click the link that I provided it’s free 😊
When I
took the test last week in the 16 personality test I am quite excited because I
like this kind of test when they will guess what you are and they will tackle
about what will be your strength, weaknesses, your attitude towards another person,
when you will became a parent and etc. But I’m kinda hesitant that it would be
accurate and believable. So, when I’m finish taking up the test the sites said
that my Personality is a “MEDIATOR”. At first I didn’t know what mediator means
but as I read what is mediator and what is their personality, as a skeptical
person, I can really say that I agree and quite amazed with how it was
described the website. The website says that “On the outside, Mediators (INFPs)
may seem quiet or even shy. But they often have vibrant, passionate inner
lives. Because they make up such a small portion of the population, people with
this personality type may sometimes feel misunderstood or out of step with the
world. Fortunately, their caring nature can help them create and sustain deep
relationships with their loved ones” which I’m 80% agree. The number 1 strength
that the website says to me is the “Thoughtful” and it says that “Mediators
care about other people’s feelings. They adjust their actions if they think
they might hurt anyone, even unintentionally. Kindheartedness flows from
Mediator personalities, and everyone around them tends to benefit from it” when,
I read those statement I can totally agree of it because I don’t want my love
ones to be hurt through my actions or words so, I tend to be quiet when there
is a misunderstanding. The 1st weakness that I got is “Overly Idealistic” and
it says that “Mediators can take their idealism too far. People with this
personality type might idolize their romantic partner or expect every aspect of
their job to feel meaningful. This can set them up for disappointment when
reality falls short of their dreams.” Which I am not surprise because I can say
that its totally me. In conclusion, I am surprised, amazed, and it’s a little
creepy for me, because 90% on this website is accurate and they know exactly I think
I am.
So, we are now in the Berkeley innovation and its says that my Personal Innovation Mindset Level is currently 68.17 OUT OF 100. I will be giving the bar graph of my innovation mindset
This is the bar graph of my innovation mindset and the number 1 innovation mindset I got is the collaboration. Well, I am aware of that because whenever we have a task as a group I tend to be present at all times and I make sure that my task is correct and right before I submit to them and I believe that cooperation and supporting one another is a must when making a task/work. The lowest of my innovation mindset is the "Comfort Zone" and it says that “People with similar scores sometimes have a hard time being adaptable to the new realities of their situation to find ways of making things work. They often struggle to attune and align themselves with what they have to do” which is true I struggle working with people when I don’t know who exactly they are. I noticed it to myself that I am not good at adjusting in a new place or new group, and this trait of mine should developed I will try little by little to accomplish it. In conclusion in this website, Its really nice to know your innovation mindset what percent you will be in many aspects.
I really have fun taking up this test 😊 This
will be the end of my blog for today hope you guys like it. Thank you so much!!
